FRAME SWEEP AUGERS
A wide range of sweep augers, loading & chain conveyors & elevators can be offered as required. The AGI FRAME CST/CSTFRH ranges of permanent sweep augers are manufactured to suit the FP range of silos up to model FP 26, with a maximum capacity of 50 t/h based on wheat. Further details can be found in the specific model headings. ATEX standard machines can be offered at additional cost if required. For sweep augers with higher capacities & machines to suit larger diameter silos, AGI FRAME can also offer a wide range of alternative machines, suitable for a wide range of cereals.
SWEEP AUGER MODEL CST
The FRAME CST range of sweep augers is manufactured to suit a wide range of AGI FRAME FP silo diameters & is designed to be permanently installed in the silo & can be used with free flowing granular materials. Three reclaim capacities are available; the direct coupled gear motor drive can be mounted either in the silo or, at additional cost, in the gallery under the silo. This compact, permanent sweep auger with an apex cover, direct geared motor drive, slip ring & progression with walking plates is available with capacities from 30 to 50 t/h & is suitable for AGI FRAME silos from the models FP 06 to FP 18. ATEX standard is available at additional cost. The apex cover & mounting frame are galvanized finish.
SWEEP AUGER MODEL CSTF
The AGI FRAME CSTF range of sweep augers is manufactured to suit a wide range of AGI FRAME FP silo diameters & is designed to be permanently installed in the silo & can be used with free flowing granular materials. Three reclaim capacities are available; the direct coupled gear motor drive can be mounted either in the silo or, at additional cost, in the gallery under the silo. The AGI FRAME CSTF permanent sweep auger has a painted apex cover with bolted flange connections, direct geared motor drive, slip ring & progression with walking plates is available with capacities from 30 to 50 t/h & is suitable for AGI FRAME silos from the models FP 18 to FP 26. ATEX standard is available at additional cost. The mounting frame is galvanized.
SWEEP AUGER MODEL FSA 050
AGI EMEA FSA050 sweep auger is a zero entry sweep, suitable for a wide range of AGI EMEA FP silo diameters & can be used with free flowing granular materials such as wheat, corn, soyabeans, rice,etc… The direct coupled gear motor drive can be mounted either in the silo or, at additional cost, in the gallery under the silo. The drive assembly is mounted on a heavy hot dip galvanized central support frame. Tractor end wheels with one-way clutch mechanical system is used for the sweep’s progress. FSA050 is suitable for flat bottom silos from FP 16 to FP 25. Available for three different capacities: 30, 40 & 50 T/h. ATEX specifications are available at additional cost.
SWEEP AUGER MODEL FSA 100
AGI FRAME FSA 100 Sweep auger is a zero entry sweep, suitable for a wide range of AGI FRAME FP silo diameters and can be used with free flowing granular materials such as wheat, corn, soyabeans, rice,etc… The direct coupled gear motor drive can be mounted either in the silo or, at additional cost, in the gallery under the silo. The drive assembly is mounted on a heavy hot dip galvanized central support frame. Tractor end wheels with one-way clutch mechanical system is used for the sweep’s progress. Secondary Tractor end wheels is added for silos above model FP 26. FSA 100 is suitable for flat bottom silos from FP 15 to FP 36. It is available for capacity up to 100 T/h based on cereal @780 kg/ m3
