HEAVY DUTY STRUCTURES
FRAME can furnish full integrated solutions for steel structures to suit heavy duty catwalks, supporting towers and steel buildings in general.
TOWERS
A comprehensive range of standard galvanized & bolted independent elevator & catwalk support towers are manufactured by AGI FRAME; in addition, special machine towers & even complete mill structures can be designed & offered according to the clients’ specific requirements. AGI FRAME can offer two types of towers according to client demands and needs: Steel Towers The steel towers can be offered in various dimensions reaching up to 3mx3m and height of 40m. As a result of its distinct characteristics and thanks to the use of our innovative technical construction, the steel towers allow to support heavy catwalks and elevators. Towers Towers are provided for far more great dimensions than the steel towers. Its purpose is to support pre-cleaning or, more generally, processing product machines but also the catwalk from ground.
CATWALK SUPPORTS
Wherever possible, AGI FRAME utilize catwalk support frames rather than independent towers, reducing civil & installation costs. Catwalk supports also known as goal posts are galvanized frames omega or C-shaped, designed to support any type of catwalks and so conveyors ensuring the widest range of applications utilizing standard components wherever possible. It is possible to provide single goal post, where the connection is located on one silo, or double goal post where the connection is located on two silos. When possible, it can be added a rafter to a single goal post in order to provide the most cost-effective. Its design meets every project requirement.
